The Greater Ruxton Area Foundation is dedicated to encouraging practices and policies that further enhance, restore and preserve the unique qualities and character of our community to include: beautification of our streetscapes, open spaces and vacant land; preservation of historic vistas, structures and the historic record; and the protection and preservation of our natural resources. These strategic objectives are detailed in the community plan as adopted by the Baltimore County Council on June 1, 2002.
